Key
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Analyze
a wide range of samples - Hands
on Training in the laboratory - Hands
on training and support to Brewing , Packaging and Utilities Departments - Participate
in trouble shooting and problem solving - Compile
and present reports - Communicate
and give regular feed back to all stake holders
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- Honors
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Microbiology or Food Science and Technology
from a recognized University/Institute. - Prior
experience in quality Assurance is an added advantage - Must
have knowledge in Occupational Health and safety policies and procedures
in a Foods and Beverages plant environment - Contribute
to self and team development - In-depth
knowledge of all relevant Quality Systems and legislation - High
integrity and attention to detail - High
energy, balanced personality self discipline and drive, conceptualizing
and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias. - Proactive
mindset, self driven, self starter and with initiative; ability to
communicate (verbal and written) - Go
getter attitude - Computer
literacy – Word, PowerPoint and Excel is an added advantage - Work
in Teams
