Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure training programs /solutions run smoothly
- Ensure cost effective implementation of training plans
- Compile leaner performance and evaluation training report
- Ensure availability of refreshments during training.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A Diploma in Human Resource Management of its equivalent
- Three years experience in training in an industrial setting
- Exposure to training environment will be an added advantage
- Should be self motivated , result oriented, ethical and a good team player.
