- Handling After sales Technical complaints, enquiries & reporting.
- Provide support to service reception, service management & customer retention programs.
- Ensure Warranty & Special Campaign Repair Claims are properly carried out & completed.
- Evaluate Service CSI Performance from Customer Perspective
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related business degree.
- Computer skills –to be Proficient, Communication skills -to be proficient in both written & verbal,
- Automotive knowledge & skills/5 years experience in a service department.
