Summary: The Job Holder
will provide Safety Policies, plans and procedures advice and supervision in
field activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist
and coordinate initiatives for development of health and safety culture in
field. - Manage
and keep up to date field emergency management plan, coordinate and follow
up emergency response drills. - Coordinate
implementation of risk management plans, engage other disciplines and
coordinate the identification and mitigation of potential health and
safety hazards. - Coordinate
and provide health and safety training for employees and contractors. - Periodic
reporting on EHS activities and EHS performance indicators in field
activities. - Participate
in health and safety incident investigations and be responsible for
closeout of actions out of such audits and inspections
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s
degree of above in Engineering, safety/environment or the related. - Graduates
or experienced in oil & gas industry - Knowledge
of QHSE system making and reviewing. - Knowledge
of Chinese and international QHSE laws, regulations and criteria - Knowledge
of process and technology of HSE management
