Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead
the legal service unit of VFU - Ensure
that best corporate governance practices exist in VFU - Provide
legal advice to the board and management - Over
see and support the debt collections unit - Provide
company secretariat and advisory services to VFU Board.
Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- Degree
in LLB from a reputable university. - Post
graduate diploma in law practice is an added advantage. - Knowledgeable
in corporate laws & governance. - At
least 8 years experience in a micro finance setting. - Christian
centric.
