in Uganda, Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, Mozambique and Zimbabwe.
Job
Summary:  will be helping out in underwriting and
claims management functions to most significantly ensure excellent customer
service and good relationships.
Key
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Advise
    clients on documentation required to settle claims.
  • Work
    with all key brokers and agents to ensure efficient and timely service
    delivery.
  • Management
    of Loss Adjuster’s timelines and analysis of reports.
  • Effective
    timely communication to all parties whether internal or external .
  • Participate
    in Prompt Risk Surveys and Inspections and do follow-up .
  • Production
    of timely and periodic reports.
  • Client
    servicing i.e. respond to all client queries, requests and recommending as
    need be and following to it that all these are resolved.
 Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
  • A
    professional insurance related certification preferably CII (UK).
  • Bachelor’s
    degree in Business related, Social Sciences or Legal qualifications
    preferred.
  • Computer
    literacy particularly excellence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
