Job Summary: You have the ability to lead cross-functional teams as well as motivate, inspire and create innovative new business acquisitions. You’ll be able to set a high-level vision – and then drive it through to completion on the ground, ensuring we achieve our ambitious targets for customer satisfaction. You will be expected to have sound knowledge of air conditioning in all areas: installation, product knowledge and maintenance. Aim is to become the leader in air conditioning solutions in the country and the applicant must be prepared to spearhead this.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Refrigeration, Business or Economics.
· Proof of technical training in Air Conditioning.
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
· Self-motivated, team leader.
· IT proficiency with strong aptitude in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Good understanding of local market.
· Target-driven, confident individual.
· High proficiency in English language.
