- To provide effective and efficient day to day administrative support to Head Office to ensure smooth operations.
- Manages all office supplies covering utilities, stationery and archive stores by ensuring that needed supplies are re-ordered, received, stored and issued to users in an efficient and optimal manner as per laid down procedures.

- Maintaining an up to date, effective and accessible filing system for all electronic and hard copy documents in the Finance & Administration Department to facilitate easy retrieval of records.

- Stationery management and control: Monitor consumption, stock and re-order levels; and distribution of resources.
