Job Summary: The social marketing lead will be required to generate entertainment sales through an aggressive social media, internet and database advertising campaign.
- Create overall social media presence.
- Fan engagement on all social feeds – Face book, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn, etc.
- Responsible for creating promotions and contests on social media outlets.
- Stay up-to-date on latest social media developments, consumer behaviors and trends; identify current and future opportunities and develop business cases, plans and proposals for implementing social media solutions.
- Extend our position as an involved member in the community through the creation, training and execution of theme night sales buildings initiatives that engage with our client communities.
- Strong collaborator and team player who can function in an ambiguous environment; providing leadership to build out scale-able guest experience programs which will significantly impact both consumer preference and business results.
- Execute our interactive strategy through the maintaining our online presence and social media properties.
- Create strategies to create traffic flow to company website.
- Capture the consumer’s imagination and desire for our services.
- Active participation in social networks, communities and forums.
- Support Operations team in resolving any guest satisfaction (Talk to us – TTU) e-mail concerns, as needed.
- Support guest relations with the regular upkeep and maintenance of the Membership program.
- Perform other job related duties as required and assigned.
- Bachelors Degree. Will accept a combination or relevant work experience, courses and certifications.
- Online marketing experience, with a focus on social media.
- Content management system experience is a must.
- Proven track record in social media including blogging, blogger relations, Pod-casting or other means of evangelizing on behalf of a large enterprise.
- Solid knowledge of how to leverage current social media strategies to generate visibility and brand “buzz”.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to persuade.
- Excellent presentation skills to regularly report on our social media programs to other the organization, recognized as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the digital domain.
- Capable of creating comprehensive reports through sampling a broad selection of websites.
- Strong project management skills from conception to evaluation, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to deadline.
