Job Title: Service Centre Manager
Reports to: Service Centre Operations Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Prime responsibilities of the position:
· To maintain the service centre look and feel as per the approved Corporate Identity.
· To coordinate the recruitment of the service centre staff.
· To manage the safe custody of the monies collected at the service centre.
· To manage the safe custody of stock by formulating and implementing controls around stock management.
· To develop and implement Service centre operational procedures and guidelines
· To coordinate the attainment of the service centre sales targets through offering unrivaled service, maintaining stock levels and staff knowledge ability.
· To draw up service centre operational budgets and manage the opex spend
· To plan and foster implementation of staff leadership development through the Personal Development Program (PDP).
· To manage the customer experience through the development and implementation of a customer management plan.
· To manage employee performance in the service centre.
· To recommend training and development interventions and follow through to resolution to enhance performance.
· To manage and maintain policies and procedures.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The applicant must possess the following;
· Bachelor’s Degree in a business related Field.
· A minimum of 1 year experience in a service oriented customer environment.
· He/she must have demonstrated skills in data technologies and sales.
· More than one year’s driving experience using manual vehicles.
· Ability to speak English and a second local language.
· Other skills and attributes
· People management, financial and stock management skills.
· Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
· Commitment to quality and high performance.
· Resilience, self-motivation and flexibility.
· Ability to work under minimum supervision.
· Ability to learn and unlearn.
