Job Summary: The Savings Representative will be reporting to the Savings Supervisor. The main role of Savings Representative is to support the growth of savings volume at branch level by mobilizing accounts from the field.
Key Result Areas:
· To mobilize and sensitize clients in order to increase savingsin line with FINCA Uganda.
· Explain to clients about FINCA Uganda mission, vision and products in line with FINCA Uganda.
· Sell and cross sell all the savings accounts accordingly and alternative delivery channel products.
· Involve in savings promotion activities according to specifics of areas planned.
· Follow up and make sure that the accounts activated by his/her promotion are actively used by the customers.
· Keep record of the data collected in the field on a predefined template.
· Achieve the predefined monthly target
· Reports and provides feedback to the Branch Manager/Savings Supervisor
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Bachelors’ degree in a Business Related Course.
· Minimum of credit Passes in Mathematics and English in O’ Level
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams.
· Ability to sell large range of products and to interact with a variety of people
· Willingness to work in the field and travel when requested.
· Hands on experience in community mobilization.
· Must possess good interpersonal skills.
· Fluency in English and two local languages.
· Excellent customer service skills.
