Key Result Areas:
· Contact clients whose accounts are in poor standing.
· Responsible for devising collections and recoveries.
· Remain in regular contact with clients to establish why their accounts are out of order, and agreeing to strategies to bring the accounts back in order in the shortest time possible.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, Accounting Statistics, Law or other relevant field.
· 3 years’ experience in Debt Recovery in a reputable Bank, Microfinance Bank, other Financial Institution or Debt Collection firm.
