- Mobilisation of the target community groups/ beneficiaries for participation under the different activities
- Monitor the achievements against the indicators of the logframe
- Support the carrying out of most of the training to be implemented during the project
- Support the teacher training and continuous assessment activities to improve performance of children
- Coordinate sensitization campaigns on the value of education among the target community
- Work with the stake holders’ especially local government and civil society, to build relationships and consensus on educational issues.
- Ensure the project is implemented according to the project document and within Learning through Evaluation, Accountability & Planning (LEAP) guidelines and according to World Vision International Regulations.
- Complete monthly work plans and monthly reports in alignment with the project design documents.
- Degree in Social Work & Social Administration, Education, Development studies, or related field
- Three years or more experience in education management programs
- Relevant teamwork experience and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written English with experience in donor reporting
- Self motivated with excellent time management skills.
- A mature and committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
