Job Title: Participatory Methods Facilitator  (Kyangwali and Kyaka II Refugee Settlements)
Organisation: Finnish Refugee Council
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead participatory development process using PRA/ PLA tools with common interest groups.
  • Provide professional mentorship, training and support on use of PRA / PLA methods.
  • Develop participatory and community monitoring and assessment systems and planning.
  • Supervise a small field office with 3 professional team members and refugee staff.
 Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • University degree in Community Development / Sociology / Adult Education etc.
  • Trained in PRA / PLA tools & methods, proven record of using these methods and facilitating participatory processes in community work for at least 2 years.
  • Ability to adapt to modest conditions at remote rural setting.
