Job Title: Inventory Supervisor
Reports to: Business Manager
Organisation: Hardware World
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must be experienced with excellent stores administrative and comprehensive inventory management skill to oversee our extensive range of building, electrical plumbing and general hardware material.
- Must have hands on working knowledge of inventory control systems, preparation and supervision of stock taking and Tally EPR9 software programs.
- Prior inventory management experience in a similar setting a must.
- Maintain and adequate but tight stock of inventory.
- Review inventory by categories on a rotating basis to minimize stock outs and overstocking.
- Maintain and balance physical stocks against Tally Accounting system records.
- Costing and pricing of all stock items of inventory
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce or BBA (Accounting): or Stores Management or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
- A post graduate qualification in stores and Logistics Management will be an added advantage.
