Job Title: General Manager
Amber House Ltd, a company dealing in property management would like to recruit a General Manager who will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to an energetic and well-motivated team.
Job Summary: S/he shall report to the Board and will be responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s strategic plan.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· A master’s degree in Business Administration
· 5-10 years’ experience at senior management level in a reputable organization.
· Experience in real estate management will be an added advantage.
· Strong management and leadership skills, with a high degree of accountability
· Good working knowledge and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and policies
· Knowledge about trends and practices affecting the industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good business and financial acumen
· Track record of demonstrated integrity and honesty.
· Strong analytical skills.
