Job Summary: The Operations manager
will plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the organization. The
Operations manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance,
productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational
operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

- Coordinate, manage, improve the efficiency of and
monitor the workings of the support services such as Accounts, Human
Resources and Administration departments in the organization.

- Review financial statements and data.
- Utilize financial data to improve profitability.
- Prepare and control operational budgets, review
performance against budget. - Control inventory.
- Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being
of the company. - Donor reporting
- Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they
efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within
budgetary limits. - Direct and coordinate organization’s financial and
budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase
efficiency.
