· Software installation & Configuration – OS, Microsoft office, MS-Outlook & other MTN related applications. Joining the systems in Domain.
· Troubling shooting of OS, Microsoft office, MS-Outlook & other MTN related applications for End User devices.
· Troubleshooting of all Hardware for End User Support Devices.
· Installation, Configuration of Desktops, Laptops & Printers.
· Disk space management
· Responsible for Antivirus & Patch Management on End user support devices.
· Responsible for End-user Asset Management and Reporting
· Remote location visit and support. (Service Center & Branches).
· Represent End User issues on Project Management teams
· Patch Management on Controllers
· Management of vendor deliverables where services are provided externally.
· Pro-active alerts in case of storage hardware failures

HUB Processes: |
· Notification to MTN HUB team on any backup failures
· Preparation of RCA for the incidents
· Implementation of Changes based on Hub processes
· Keeping Service Desk aprsied on all SAN issues
· Ensure the closing of End User related audit points
· Ensure that there is conformity to the ITIL processes setup the the HUB This includes Change, Problem, Incident Management, Performance Management etc)
· Implementing Best Practice for End Users devices including Capacity Planning
· Notifying the MTN on major incidents occurred
· Providing Reports to MTN / Program Manager as agreed with MTN
· Updating MTN On periodic intervals on issues

· Appraise the IT senior manager on all License issues in your area
