Job Title: Health Specialist

Chemonics seeks a chief of party for an anticipated USAID funded health project in Uganda designed to expand availability , increase affordability , and improve quality of health services by private service providers .

Key Result Areas:
·         Public private partnerships
·         Behavior change communications and social marketing
·         Pre-service and in-serving training
·         Health finance

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Advanced degree in public health , social sciences or a related field
·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
·         Expertise in HIV/AIDS, family planning , reproductive health , maternal , neonatal and child health preferred
·         Strong interpersonal , writing , oral presentation skills
