Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate the tendering process in the Company in co-ordination with the technical teams.
· Draft contracts as per the company policy and templates and interface with other technical departments to ensure that the contract terms and conditions are consistent with the required services.
· Negotiate with suppliers the contract terms and conditions in line with the Company’s referential documents and regulations, and in liaison with technical departments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
· University degree in Engineering or Law.
· Experience in contract negotiation in an international environment.
· 5-8 years experience working with Contracts.
· Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills.
· Previous knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
