TOTAL Engineering Job – Base Supervisor

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage the Company’s logistic base and implement and control the logistic support of the drilling rigs and seismic operations in the South Nile area.
· Define and implement logistics operational structure as well as optimize and control its effectiveness.
· Guarantee the delivery of materials according to Company’s specifications and ensure that Company’s material are safely stored according to Company’s rules.
· Manage and supervise the maintenance of the base and maintain records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting follow up key performance Indicators (KPI) and implement adapted corrective actions.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 10 experience in logistics operations and general knowledge in oil industry logistics.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good planning and organisational skills.
