Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Ensure proper implementation of the Contracts and Procurement (C&P) process in the Company and the deployment of tools like SAP, e-Procurement tools, Contracts management tools, Supplier database management, etc.
· Provide training on the use of C&P tools in all the entities, and maintain the internal knowledge of C&P tools for the entire Company.
· Manage and coordinate the Decentralized Procurement Process and issue documentation, procedure or report in order to ensure consistency of Company Contracts & Procurement referential.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· University degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
· Previous knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Access database.
· Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills
