Job Title: Secretary
Reports to: Executive Director
About USTP:
The Uganda Stop TB Partnership (USTP) is an amalgamation of organisations with a stake in the control of Tuberculosis in Uganda. Main objective is to accelerate achievements and ensure sustainability of the national Programme case detection and cure rate targets, providing accurate information about TB, Providing a platform for exchange of information, promoting advocacy, communication and social mobilisation for TB control and maintaining relations and subscribing to the objectives of the Global stop TB partnership. USTP is seeking to recruit an Executive Director to operate its Secretariat following the provisions of its constitution and working under the guidance of the coordinating Board of USTP and the Executive Secretary.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Lead person for secretarial responsibilities at the Secretariat and USTP functions, assuring quality office practice,
· Personal Secretary to the Executive Director.
· Prepare for meetings, communicate agenda, take minutes and maintain office Inventory.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Degree or Advanced Diploma in office Management (Practice) or Secretarial Studies.
· At least 2 years office management experience.
· Proven ability to offer efficient secretarial services in a successful NGO.
· Good computer skills.
