Job Summary: The position holder will be responsible for supporting implementation & maintenance of the monitoring, evaluation & reporting system for all Mildmay programs
About Mildmay:
Mildmay Uganda is an HIV/AIDS treatment and training centre also providing Health Systems Strengthening to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services in 16 districts of Central Uganda. Situated on Entebbe Road, Lweza, south of Kampala, Mildmay Uganda is seeking applications from experienced and motivated people interested in a rewarding career undertaking the challenging roles.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Development studies, Statistics, population studies or any other related field with post graduate training in M&E and Research
·         S/he must have at least 3 years’ experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Data Management preferably in the health sector.
·         S/he must have demonstrable skills in planning and implementing M&E systems and well as information analysis and report writing.
·         Computer skills related to MS word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SAS orSTATA
·         Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in various MS office packages and working knowledge of English and local language(s) are crucial.
·         Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
·         Must be flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure; and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay Uganda.
·         Evidence of a non-judgemental approach regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
