Reports to: BD/PR/Marketing Manager.
Our client, one of the leading Microfinance Deposit Taking Institutions in Uganda, is looking for professionally confident, self-motivated, committed team players, to reinforce their capacity by filling the following vacant positions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assisting in generating marketing information for the purpose of developing appropriate marketing and business development strategies.
· Implementing the approved marketing plan and ensuring the achievement of marketing targets.
· Providing information and distributing promotional materials on products/services to potential customers.
· Identifying and recommending suitable sites for positioning advertisements, which can improve the Institution’s visibility.
· Assisting in identifying activities for participation and publicizing of social responsibilities.
· Constantly monitor developments in the financial sector, which may impact on the Institution’s operations and performance.
· Monitoring customer attitude and level of satisfaction with the service delivery.
· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Should possess a Bachelors Degree in Statistics or Business Administration, Arts, Commerce, Economics, Social Sciences or in any other relevant/related field from a recognized institution.
· Experience of 1 year in marketing research.
· Experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage.
· Person Specifications
· Should be highly eloquent, creative and have high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
· Must possess good computer skills, high organizational skills with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Should be self-confident, persistent, responsive and efficient.
· Should not be more than 28 years of age.
