Job Title: Senior Officer Great Project
Reports to: Program Specialist GREAT Project

Job Summary: The job holder will be responsible for contributing to the capacity for the starting up implementation of activities in Pader and Nwoya District, monitoring and evaluation and reporting on the GREAT Project in the region.
The person will also be responsible for creating Seed Teams in the districts of scale including planning and conducting learning visits for the Seed Teams in the Amuru and supports the districts to improve Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Health related field , Demography or Social Science, Development Studies or related field or equivalent accrued working experience working experience, with skills and experience in Adolescent sexual Reproductive health or HIV/AIDS programming
· A minimum of three years working experience in Gender programming , Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS, related programming in Uganda (preferably with an international NGO).
· Understanding and working Knowledge of how Gender Norms influences health practices and/or Interventions at schools or community level is a must
· Ability to speak local languages (Luo)
