Job Summary: Responsible for supporting IT projects, business readiness, and project documentation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Assist Programme/Project Manager with all project related tasks.
·         Co-ordinate Project Activities
·         Work with business units and define business readiness goals.
·         Prepare and manage project documentation.
·         Other activities as specified by Project Manager.
·         Assist with project meetings, minutes, plans and presentations.
·         Co-ordinate project team and stakeholder activities.
·         Schedule project tasks as requested by PM.
·         Any other tasks as required

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Degree in IT, or equivalent
·         Training in business process engineering and Visio desired.
·         Have at least 2 years experience in project administration
·         Be capable and competent in assisting with business presentations and management of related documentation.
·         Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
·         Planning and Organisational skills
·         High integrity and honesty

·         Attention to detail
·         Problem solving and good judgment skills
·         Analytical skills
·         Good communication skills both written and spoken
·         Keen to learn and to share knowledge
