Job Summary: Review & Develop Business Processes. Create specifications for IT projects from user requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Gather and document requirements from business users
· Work closely with third party vendors as required
· Analyse and document business processes within the organization
· Promote a standard approach to requirements gathering
· Work closely with development teams – both internal and external
· Work closely with Testing and QA personnel
· Engage in meaningful knowledge transfer to other UMEME staff
· Facilitate meetings and deliver presentations to business users
· Assist with business readiness for new projects
· Other tasks as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Degree in Business/Information management or a related field +5 years experience
· Five years of experience as a business analyst
· Some experience of software development
· Proven record of delivering high quality written technical
· Excellent communication skills
· Good presentation skills
· Planning and Organizational skills
· High integrity and honesty
· Problem solving and good judgment skills
· Analytical skills
· Positive attitude
· High level of technical competency
· Self starter
