Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· To be able to provide technical support to BSU in the implementation of the HIV/AIDS project within the organization;
· To develop and maintain detailed project schedules that include administrative tasks and support all project beneficiaries and networks participants
· Conceive and develop new research projects in consultation and collaboration with others as well as formulates a long term agenda in that area;
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Holder or candidate of a master’s degree in public health or other social sciences from a recognized institution
· Bachelor’s Degree , or an equivalent , in social sciences, Business Administration , management , or finance and work experience in the following areas(work experience could have been gained simultaneously, or consecutively)
· Post graduate Diploma in project Planning & Management or Human Resource Management an advantage
· Must have experience in national public policy formulation and advocacy
· Must have good track record of human rights advocacy for women, children and young people
· Must be a seasoned trainer and facilitator , with experience in adult learning techniques
