Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· In charge of Budget elaboration in conjunction with cost control, accounting and technical / support departments.
· Ensure regular review of the Estimate Final Cost (EFC) and Budget in accordance with the budget timetable and monitor and report the budget performance.
· Prepare reports for JV Partners and Government authority meetings as well as liaise with JV Partners for Budget and Performance Reviews.
· Attend to queries from Government authorities, auditors, JV Partners and headquarters.
