Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· In-charge of cost control, cost estimating and cost analysis of drilling / logistic activities.
· Follow up of the costs of the daily Operations activities.
· Prepare the reporting of drilling’s daily costs, invoice processing and preparation of end of well reconciliations (variances explanations).
· Respond to requests in various areas of drilling/logistics cost control, including joint venture accounting. Prepare and report the Authorization for Expenditure (AFE).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor degree in Finance or an Engineering degree with financial experience shall also be considered.
· 7-10 years experience in Finance and / or Accounting.
· Professional certification is an added advantage.
· Knowledge of SAP software specific to accounting mandatory.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
· Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
