- Develop and administer performance-monitoring tools to track program indicators in line with the program implementation plan.
- Collect and process data on program activities as specified in the detail program implementation plan.
- Compile progress reports for management purposes in line with the detail program implementation plan, World Vision Uganda and donor requirements.
- Provide technical support to the program staff, beneficiaries and other stakeholders on program performance monitoring and evaluation according to program implementation plan, World Vision evaluation strategy and donor requirements.
- Plan for and implement program impact assessments and evaluations in line with the program implementation plan, World Vision Uganda evaluation strategy and donor regulations.
- Plan for and implement program planning, evaluation and review meetings in line with the program detail implementation plan.
- Develop, implement and maintain program management information system in line with the program detail program implementation plan and World Vision Uganda regulation.
- Provide technical support during proposal writing for resource mobilization in line with World Vision Uganda mission
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Social Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Should have a minimum of five years field experience in research, management, monitoring and evaluation of community-based projects.
- Experience with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs.
- Must be able to work in a team and be prepared to lead and train subordinates
- Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
