Job Title: Manager SME
Reports to: Manager Corporate and SME
Organisation: Uganda Telecom Ltd (UTL)
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Leading an SME operations team which meets targets and delights customers within a framework agreed by the Manager Corporate Sales and SME and which creates and delivers shareholder value for UTL
·         Explaining Uganda Telecom’s SME operations strategy to key stakeholders and ensuring that it supports marketing and sales activity in Commercial Department by presenting compelling business cases for investment in SME sales operations.
·         Meeting and exceeding business performance targets in areas such as return on investment, profitability and customer satisfaction.
·         Representing and promoting Uganda Telecom’s SME sales operations interests in national forums, as required by the Manager Corporate Sales and SME.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Applicants must have:
·         5 years leadership experience in SME sales in telecommunications or related industry
·         Advanced degree in business, social science or equivalent experience
·         Senior level project leadership experience
