Reports to: Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer
Organisation: Uganda Telecom Ltd (UTL)
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer in developing a Resourcing strategy and advise on HR planning and recruitment.
· Leading a professional resource planning and recruitment team to nurture UTLs talent pool and to ensure consistent implementation of HR recruitment policies across the business
· Implement the UTL Graduate Management Programme to create the UTL talent pipeline
· Ensuring full compliance with national employment legislation, health and safety laws, regulatory and competition requirements.
· Ensuring that UTL delivers to shareholder’s expectations and provide relevant &timely briefings regarding talent acquisition and development
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Applicants must have:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, SWSA or a related field
· Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management
· 5 (Five) years relevant experience with FMCG
· Membership to a Professional body will be an added advantage
