Reports to: Product & Services Development Manager
Organisation: Uganda Telecom Ltd (UTL)
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relevant content for VAS on fixed and mobile networks
· Liaise directly with content providers regarding all major issues surrounding access and delivery of content.
· Participate in initiatives for VAS with relevant loyalty and pricing schemes in conjunction with Marketing Department
· Carry out market analysis including competitor analysis in liaison with Marketing Department
· Manage moves, additions, and changes of content so as to grow VAS revenues
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Applicants must have:
· A Postgraduate degree in IT, Marketing or Commerce
· At least 3 (Three) years of relevant experience in a similar role in a fast paced telecommunications or FMCG sector
· A good understanding of pricing and profitability models
