Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Prepares drafts and final written business correspondence such as letters, memoranda, meeting minutes, tables and charts, using computer graphics, spreadsheets and word processing
· Generates department Reports on monthly, quarterly and annually basis
coordinates meetings and travel arrangements, and maintains schedule of appointments including its maintenance

· Transmits inquiries/ letters/orders agreements to internal and external stakeholders including service suppliers and vendors via fax, mail and courier means.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Bachelors Degree or above in international commerce, petroleum engineering or an equivalent Technical degree
· Minimum of Three years related working experience
