Marketing Jobs – 2 Regional Sales Managers at Coca-Cola

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
You will;
  • Achieve Sales Volume Targets for all Distributors in
    area.
  • Follow up execution of promotions, under area of
    control.
  • Build business relationship with MDC operators and
    conduct Retail Execution survey in area (ITMO).
  • Motivate and manage Area Sales Managers and Accounts
    Developers.
  • Execute Market Development Projects in the area to
    achieve Function goals / objectives.
  • Maintain contacts with retail outlets on developments
    in the Market and keeping management Informed thereof.
  • Train and coach Area Sales Managers, Accounts
    Developers & Presellers to execute in the Market.
  • Design Route to Market / Distribution designs to
    maximize Sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve all customer satisfaction and
    Market Execution Key Business Initiatives
    (KBI’s) in respect of area of operation per set standards.

Job Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • A relevant Bachelors Degree in Sales/Marketing.
  • Should have led a Sales team for at least 3 years in an
    FMCG.
  • Good planning, organizing and analytical ability,
    pro-active attitude, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under minimum Supervision.
