Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist the Medical Officer in providing medical services to company staff;
· Assist the Medical Officer in providing occupational health services to company staff; To manage all Clinic inventory and medical supplies maintenance;
· To procure all clinic medical materials and maintain statistics;
· To maintain and ensure proper medical document control;
· To coordinate with the local Government and be informed with regards to local health systems;
· To coordinate with the local hospital with regards to medical transportation and other emergencies;
· To take part in the development and implementation of health and medical training orientation;
· Any other duties as assigned by Line Manager/ Supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science or equivalent with a Major in Nursing or Clinical Medicine
· Fully Registered Nurse
· At least 5 years relevant working experience in Medical service and Clinic Management
· Oil & Gas experience is preferred
· SOS experience is preferred
· Effective communication (oral / written) skills in English
Knowledge: Familiar with Medical laws and regulations of Uganda
