About Us: SHUMUK is the leading manufacturer of Aluminium Household Utensils and Aluminium Extrusions/Roofing Sheets, with other business concerns in the tourism and hotel industry. The Group is currently seeking to recruit suitable and experienced persons for following position above:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Operate a multiple lines the switch board/receiving and making phone calls for the entire organization
·         In charge of front office & provide customer care services to all walk in clients/visitors
·         Deal with the public & staff in a pleasant, positive & professional manner and show initiative while paying attention to detail.
·         Should be able to assist other office staff with administrative duties when need arises
·         Ensure the entire front office area is clean and properly maintained.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·         Degree/Diploma holder in Customer care with knowledge of office administration from a reputable institution
·         Working experience of minimum 6 years in a reputable, large business concern
·         Must be well conversant with computers & basic multi-telephone switch board operations
·         Possess effective verbal and listening communication skills, knowledge of secretarial functions is an added advantage
