Job Title: News Anchor
Job Background: Our Client is a leading TV station with reliable, objective and comprehensive news, and quality programming are looking to fill the position of a News Anchor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ability to think aurally without necessarily reading scripts.
· Ability to engage, educate and entertain an audience.
· Ability to work for long and odd hours in a fast paced environment.
· Ability to critically analyse news events.
· Have a keen eye for detail, thoroughness and be meticulous.
Qualifications:
· A basic University degree.
· Proficiency and fluency in the British English language with a well-controlled voice.
· Possess a superb voice intonation, diction and articulate vocals.
· Experience in a real time news environment (desirable)
· Should be between 28-35 years of age.
· Should be male
