Job Summary: To ensure that NMS Customer requirements with regards to medicines and related health supplies are effectively and efficiently captured and served

Job Summary: To ensure that NMS Customer requirements with regards to medicines and related health supplies are effectively and efficiently captured and served
Key Result Areas:
· Receiving customer orders and initiating order processing in line with set procedures
· Handling technical customer inquiries to customer satisfaction according to pharmaceuticals and NMS Standards with regard to the selling of medicines related health supplies
· Matching customer needs with available stock including advising customers on probable alternatives
· Preparing sales monthly reports in line with the sales and marketing plan
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Diploma in Pharmacy
· Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
· Member of Allied Health Professional Council
· At least 2 years work experience in a busy pharmaceutical setting
