The organization is an equal opportunity employer currently seeking to recruit a competent person to fill the position of Operations Manager with the following specific duties:
· Oversee all field operations aspects of the company by assigning / deploying and supervising field operations teams and contracted external workers.
· Maintain a database of all media/structures owned by the company and ensure numbers in the field remain constant by routine checks.
· Establish mechanisms to safeguard structures by providing security solutions for signage / billboards to safeguard from theft and vandalism
· Oversee work by suppliers/contractors ensuring timely delivery of quality work from assigned contractors.
· Identify site locations, and secure the necessary authority from the local government agency or city council in consultation with the Managing Director.
· Ensure that local councils and landlords are paid up for media in their respective areas, and relevant renewals of contracts/permits are sought.
· Oversee production work related to printing of client’s artworks and timely delivery of the same to site locations and quick posting of advertisements on the billboards/signage to ensure fast campaign exposure as per client’s instructions.
· Make follow up on the progress of the client’s artwork, printing and delivery of the finished product ensuring the right number, sizes and color scheme as per clients approval.
· Liaise with Head of Client Service to make effective presentations, addressing the specific needs of the client and ensuring that adequate follow up is maintained in a bid to keep the client happy.
· Represent the organization with integrity and honesty when dealing with clients and prospective customers.
· Service the structures of the existing clients with respect to maintaining their media clean and in good state of repair with adequate feedback.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· A Bachelor’s degree in project management or any related field.
· Ability to be proactive, prioritize, multitask and perform efficiently.
· Relevant experience of 3 years or more.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to manage budgeting for all projects.
