NGO Administration Jobs – Receptionist/Office Assistant at NCSC

The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) is seeking qualified Ugandan citizens to fill the below positions for the “Supporting Access to Justice, Fostering Equity & Peace” (SAFE Program) funded by USAID.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
·         Provide telephone and receptionist services
·         Answering the telephone and taking messages or referring callers to others
·         Receives visitors to the office
·         Performs routine typing and clerical duties
·         Receive and control incoming correspondence/communications
·         Provides office assistance as requested by the COP and Office Manager
·         Provide administrative assistance to support project staff and programming
·         Provides assistance with office supplies stocking
·         Provides assistance with photocopying and in-house document binding
·         Track and report whereabouts of staff
·         Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Completion of secondary school is required.
·         Two years of office clerical experience.
·         Excellent spoken and written English skills.
·         Computer literate: word processing, excel, power point.
Skills & Abilities:
·         Knowledge of office procedures
·         Tact and diplomacy dealing with telephone callers and visitors to the office
·         Ability to perform routine and repetitive clerical work in accordance with established office procedures and practices
