Job Title: Human Resource and Administration Manager
Appliance World Ltd, the authorized distributors for LG Electronics is now hiring;
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Creating job descriptions and role profiles for vacancies.
· Shortlisting & appointment of new staff. Interviewing & preparation of offers of employment.
· Preparing, managing & keeping files and data on all staff and relevant data.
· Preparing time attendance reports as desired.
· Presenting deductions per employee to the accounts department so that salaries can be paid appropriately.
· Appraising staff at specified intervals.
· Regularly interacting with departments and their heads to improve operations and resolve problems.
· Dealing with staff issues, complaints and suggestions.
· Management of entire company’s insurance portfolio.
· Dealing with maintenance issues, eg, plumbing, water, NWSC, UMEME, telephones, internet, etc
· Keeping records of and dealing with employees’ annual leave, sick leave, disciplinary action, etc.
