Key Duties & Responsibilities;
· Spearhead the revision and update the guidelines for preparation and implementation of natural resource management subprojects and align it with the national strategy.
· Support the development of Annual work plans and budgets in the area of implement ting Community Development subprojects.
· Contribute to the refining of key indicators for the community Driven Development (CDD) component recording and reporting physical progress against work plans & budgets.
Qualification and Experience;
· Must be in possession of Master’s Degree in any of the following: Sociology, Agricultural/Rural Development , Environment Economics , Development Studies , Natural Resources Management ;Business Administration , Development studies or other related or relevant field.
· Have a minimum of three years experience in community development programs/projects , knowledge of local community intuitions and governance practices
Other Professional Skills and Attributes;
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and with teams to achieve project objectives.
· Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent verbal, communication and analytical skills
