Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Functional support head of all the country Work Place Banking activities in the Personal and Business Banking
· Formulate and drive the framework for Work Place Banking activities ensuring growth in line with the Country Strategy
· Maintain and optimise business in existing Work Place Banking Schemes in the Corporate, Public and Private Sector
· Develop relationships with key corporate decisions makers within schemes
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Must have a relevant business qualification
· Proven sales track record in the financial services sector
· Knowledge and understanding of the market segmentation value propositions and customer profiled per micro market
· Knowledge of local competitor tactics, distribution channels and product offering
· 5 years banking experience with exposure to sales
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of code of banking practices
