Our client Wipro is an IT Company and is seeking to recruit result driven and motivated individuals for the Vacancy above;
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Facilitate ACSAT, PCSAT, Pulse Surveys , action planning and action closure
· Set up and Improve Ticket level customer satisfaction (TCSAT) and Deploy Ticket Audit processes
· Facilitate Customer escalation closure
· Identify Early warning Alerts proactively and track it to closure
· Ensure all services are provided as per Contractual agreement with the customer
· Ensure ITIL Operational process compliance for the program to deliver the services
· Ensure SLA compliance and compliance to Org Processes and training requirements
· Facilitate Service delivery reviews
· Facilitate Internal & External audits
· Own and manage Continuous Improvement (SIPs, Six Sigma, Lean, Xserve etc)
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
· An individual who has played role of SQA (Infra Business), SQA (Support Business), QA for infrastructure/ services business for at least 3-6 years with following skill set:
· Working knowledge to ISO 20K, ITIL v3, Six Sigma and Lean concepts
· Knowledge of QMS and Process Management
· Good experience to Internal and External Audits and Assessments
· Very strong written and verbal communication
· Good in Client and Organization Senior management interaction skills
