Job Purpose: To perform Secretarial and administrative functions within the LVEMP 11 National project Coordination Team
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide secretarial services to the national project coordinator
· Process travel arrangements for staff in the project office, partners and consultants
Assist in the preparation of Special Service Agreements and follow up on payments for consultants
· Follow up on payments for the vendors
· Coordinate office functions with other offices/ sections
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Diploma in Secretarial Studies with sufficient skills in typing at 60wpm and 120 wpm in shorthand, supplementary courses/ training in finance, administration or other relevant field required.
· A degree is an added advantage
· A minimum of 6 years experience in working with office management / administrative issues
