- Model the SAB Miller manufacturing way principles and practices and lead the change process.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Minimum working experience of not less than 5 years in a similar environment.
- Good Knowledge of Utilities Plants & Processes i.e. Steam, Air, C02, Diesel.
- Generator, Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment & Refrigeration and the Maintenance thereof.
- Should be self-motivated, result oriented, good team player and good team leader.
- Understands budget and budget controls.
- Excellent spoken and written English language and computer skills.
- Good skills of trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Innovative and work with minimum supervision.
- Stock Management and Inventory control.
