- Complete maintenance and repairs on all United Nations owned light passenger vehicles (LPV’s) operated by MONUSCO in accordance with the manufactures’ specification and to the highest standards;
- Ensure that all spare parts, filters, lubricants, etc, issued for each repair are correctly documented on the vehicle work order;
- Ensure that all old replaced parts are returned to the store unit;
- Assist in recovering or repairing vehicles on site which cannot be delivered to the workshop for repairs;
- Ensure that your presence within the workshop is consistent with working hours and all inspections /repair tasks assigned to you are completed in a timely manner;
- Ensure the security of all UN owned equipment provided for use within the workshop area;
- Maintaining the neatness of the working area, tool box and clothing free of debris and/or flammable material(oil/gas oil products, etc);
- Assist the workshop team with any additional tasks as required by the OIC Transport ,workshop and/or your supervisor.
